What is Outsourcing?
Outsourcing is an arrangement in which one company provides services for another company that could also be or usually have been provided in-house.
Why should I Outsource?
Outsourcing saves you time in sourcing accounting personnel and in the supervision of staff. Saves you money in payroll costs such as NIS, Health Surcharge, PAYE and benefits and puts the responsibility of your financial data into the hands of those who are dedicated and committed to meeting your needs.
What software can you work with?
We are competent in the use of Quickbooks, Peachtree and Xero
Is Outsourcing safe?
Chartered Accountants are bound by rules of professionalism, confidentiality of client data and integrity. We are therefore a safer choice than the Accountant who has experience but is not a member of the local or foreign accounting body (ICATT and ACCA).
How does the Outsourcing process work?
If you are interested in any of our services the process is very simple. Call us and we will arrange an initial meeting where we can discuss your accounting requirements, or email us and let us know which services you are interested in. Once we acquire the relevant information a proposal is done. If both parties are in agreement with the terms of the proposal an initial one year contract is prepared and signed by both parties and your work begins.
Am I bound by a one year contract?
No, if you desire to terminate services within that year period, you are only required to remit to us any outstanding payment for work that has already been completed
Would I need to get rid of my accountant?
Definitely not, we will work with your accountant to get your department functioning properly.
What are your rates?
Rates vary by client and complexity of work. All charges will be determined after a review of your requirements.
How secure is my data?
Security is very important to us this is why all our processes use industry standard security policies to keep your data secure. All on-line data transfers are password protected and use 128-bit encryption technology. Once we update your accounts your information can only be accessed by you and any staff you may choose to give access to.
